As the poker industry becomes more and more competitive by the
day, another online casino gaming company is coming out with
some more online poker opportunities. Gaming VC, which
hitherto has operated an online casino primarily targeting the
German market, recently announced it plans to expand its
online gambling ventures into the online poker industry.
However, this time around,
Gaming VC will not limit itself to German clients. The
online casino company now plans to target all of Europe with
its yet-to-be-released online poker software. Boss Media
has been taken aboard to develop the software, which is a
promising choice for attracting European online gamblers who
seem to think highly of Boss Media's past contributions to the
online casino industry.
Gaming VC says that it will
be releasing the site as soon as possible, and that they are
very excited to be entering a market that shows great
potential. Although online poker hit a slump recently,
reports from the Net's largest online poker conglomerate,
Party Gaming, showed that earnings were back up, despite some
investors doubts.
Gaming VC, which is based in
Luxembourg, flotated back in 2004, and has been faring well
for itself in the world of online casinos, earning over 11
million euros in profits in 2005.
